Baking is often called an art, but for Chef Neha, it has always been a science. With a Master's degree in Food Science & Technology and over 15 years of rigorous industry experience, she doesn't just bake; she engineers flavor.

Her journey began in the high-pressure quality control labs of industry giants like Haldiram's and Bikanerwala. There, she learned the critical importance of hygiene, consistency, and ingredient integrity.

Today, she applies those industrial standards to artisanal baking, ensuring that every Baking Buddy creation is not only delicious but chemically perfect.
